In simple language!

If you share potentially sensitive information with me, I’m not going to share it with anyone else unless I have your explicit permission to do so, or unless compelled by law.

I store all information that you submit to me via the various contact and signup forms on my website, or via email/text. If you ask me to, I’ll delete any personal information that you’ve submitted to me.

I use Fathom to gather analytics data about how people use my website. Most of that data is anonymised, but some of it may not be. Find out more by reading their respective privacy policies.

To process Credit cards (and Apple Pay) things go through Stripe. Everything is secure. I don’t see your payment information. It’s all locked away in high-security digital vaults on billion-dollar company servers.

I use Campaign Monitor to send newsletter emails to subscribers, and Rounded to manage client information. Read their respective privacy policies to see how they manage your data.

  • Onya Projects Pty Ltd Trading As Marrowmark (ACN 621 234 446) (us/we/our) operates a business which provides creative services such as content creation, brand development, website development, marketing, consulting and such other related services (Services). We have websites to promote our Services located at (Website).
  • We are not bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act). However, we take the privacy of personal information seriously.
  • We will handle personal information that we collect or obtain in connection with the provision of our Services and your interactions with the Website and us in accordance with this Privacy Notice (Notice). For the purposes of this Notice, “personal information” has the meaning as defined in the Privacy Act.
  • This Notice also contains information about how you may access and seek correction of your personal information held by us, and how to make complaints about any privacy-related concerns.
  • If we change this Notice, we will display notice of changes on our Website or otherwise notify you in writing.
  • If you provide a pseudonym to us or wish to remain anonymous in the course of requesting our Services, we may not be able to provide the full extent of our Services, however your use of the Website will not be limited.

5. Do we send your personal information to parties outside Australia?

6. Are we responsible for third parties websites and social media links?

7. Will we send direct marketing communications to you?

8. Do we collect personal information through cookies and analytics tools?

  • When you visit our Website, we may collect information about your computer, page visits and internet connections using third party web analytics platforms. We will collect this information in order to improve the operation of our Website, direct the most appropriate content to you, and to remember your preferences for the next time you access our Website.
  • We use privacy focused web analytics platforms like Fathom to collect data about visitor traffic to our Website as part of our information gathering processes. The data available to us through web analytics platforms is aggregate only and does not identify you personally, and we do not use browser “cookies” to collect information.
  • We do not merge any personal information we have collected from you with data obtained from other sources.
  • In the event that third party advertisements are placed on the Website, third party advertisers or ad servers may place or recognise a unique cookie on your browser. We are not responsible for the use of cookies by such third party advertisers or ad servers and we refer you to their own respective privacy policies.

9. How do we keep personal information secure?

10. Will we transfer your personal information?
